Betty June Richardson, age 84 of Omaha, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2012 at Bristol Pointe Health & Rehab in Harrison, Arkansas.

Betty was born October 18, 1928 in Max Creek, Missouri to James W. and Minnie Lucinda Drenan. Then on March 27, 1946 she married the love of her life, James H. Richardson, who she would be with for the next 66 years.

She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Phoebe Williams; and her granddaughter, Betty Jo Lange.

She is survived by her husband, James H. "Jay" Richardson of Omaha, Arkansas; one son, James H. Richardson and wife Janet of Omaha, Arkansas; one daughter, June Richardson Benne and husband Mike of Omaha, Arkansas; three grandsons, Jimmy Richardson and wife Julie of South Dakota, James Lange and wife Tona of Omaha, Arkansas, and Chad Richardson and Tonya of Omaha, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Lucinda Benne Baysinger and husband Mark of Marshall, Arkansas; her twin sister, Mary Drenan Sorrell of Garden City, Missouri; 17 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.

Service will be 2 P.M. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison with Bro. Carl Garvin officiating.

Visitation will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, prior to the service.

Burial will be in Nanny Cemetery at Yellville, Arkansas with pallbearers being family members.
