Betty V. Dixon, age 75, of Harrison, Arkansas,
passed away on June 20, 2009 at North Arkansas
Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Loyal Casey and Euretta
(Henderson)Casey,she was born February 12, 1934 in
Parthenon, Arkansas.
Betty was a homemaker and a business woman
helping her husband with a pioneering spirit.
Her greatest enjoyment, other than her family,
was hunting and fishing.
Mrs.Dixon was preceded in death by her parents.
Betty V. Dixon is survived by her husband of thirty seven years, W.S. Dixon of the home;
her sons and daughters-in-law, Ron (Buck)and Lori Murray of Valley Springs, Arkansas
and Keith and Tammy Dixon of Harrison, Arkansas; her daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Curtis
Young of Rogers, Arkansas, Sinda and Steve DuBois of Harrison, and Jana and Mark Fornes of Batavia, Arkansas; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and
Herb Varner of Highfill, Arkansas and Judy and Steve of Washburn, Missouri; eleven grandchildren;
twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service was Wednesday at Wayton United Baptist Church with Tim Horton officiating. Visitation was Tuesday at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Burial followed in Wayton Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jason Faulkinberry, Michael Young, Jason Murray, Steve DuBois, Tony Young, and Joey Henry. Honorary pallbearer was Kevin Varner.
