Betty Breedlove Carney, age 81 of Parthenon, AR, peacefully passed from this earth on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.  She was born August 7, 1943, to Hulet and Vernus Breedlove.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Virl Carney; her brothers, Harlan, RB and Donald Breedlove; her sisters, Eddine Hudson, Kathleen Cummings, Doris Watson, Shirley Willis, Linda Blankenship and her nephew Clinton Breedlove.

Betty is survived by her children, Bobby (Sue) Hudson, Patty (Ron) Spradlin, Chris (Judy) Hudson, Jeannie (Bobby) Huffmaster, Julie (Rink) Storey, and Susan (Robbie) Moore, Sandra (Ronnie) Taylor, Kathy (Jim) Standridge, Verla (Carey) Clark, Brenda (David) Schaefer, and Carolyn (Boyce) Burdine; her sister, Rosemarry (Lloyd) Taylor; her brother, Joe Kenneth (Frances) Hudson and many precious nieces and nephews.

Together she and Virl enjoyed 33 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

At 10:00 AM,  November 2, 2024, a graveside service will be held at Union Hill Cemetery.
