IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bernice
Crow
February 27, 1935 – November 1, 2020
Bernice R. Crow, of Harrison, Arkansas, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at the age of 85.
The oldest daughter of Ollie and Frances (Daniel) Trammell was born at Richland, Arkansas on February 27, 1935. She was a lifelong resident of Boone and Searcy Counties.
She was a hard worker. She retired from Oberman's/Levi's after working over 30 years. At home, she was always busy. She loved mowing her yard and weed-eating, tasks she did in her 85 th year of life. She also enjoyed farming, gardening and sewing.
Bernice loved the Lord and her family. She was a longtime member of Union Baptist Church and had recently been attending Church of the Well-Church of God. The love of Christ showed in everything Bernice did and said. She was loving, kind and cared for everyone, whether she knew them or not. She welcomed you into her home with open arms, and you never left hungry. She was a mother figure to everyone, especially her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Eugene Crow, three brothers, Ernie Trammell, Carl Trammell and Don Trammell; a sister, Lona Thacker; two sisters-in-law, Rita Trammell and Leola Trammell and three brothers-in-law, J.W. Crow, Carl Crow and Jerry Martin.
Bernice is survived by her daughter, Shenna Crow-Wren and husband Travis; four brothers, Jim Trammell and wife Kay, Dale Trammell, Simpson Trammell and wife Nita and Larry Trammell and wife Delores; two sisters, Lois Dean and husband Delbert and Leona "Jackie" Martin; four sisters-in-law, Glenda Trammell, Kaye Trammell, Sybil Crow and Donna Crow; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends who loved her and will miss her.
Funeral service will be at 2 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Crow officiating. Burial will follow at White Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. In compliance with Covid-19 state mandates, all attendees must provide and wear face masks and observe social distancing.
Pallbearers are Travis Wren, Donnie Thacker, Ethan Mason, Kenneth Clark, James Fowler, Scott Trammell and Wes Trammell.
Honorary pallbearers are her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's, a charity that was very dear to Bernice, and she donated to them every month.
