Barbara Ann Phillips, age 76, of Lead Hill, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 surrounded by her family.

The daughter of the late Harvey Nance and Edna (Dodson) Nance was born in San Diego, California on December 7, 1945.

Barbara moved to Boone County 30 years ago from San Diego and was a member of Lighthouse Church in Diamond City, Arkansas. She volunteered at the Diamond City Food Cupboard and was a long-time employee of Walmart.

She always told the best stories and had a quick wit.  Barbara was always ready to lend a helping hand. She had a loving heart of gold.

Barbara is survived by the love of her life, Mike Otteson; her sons, Danny Ball and Richard Morrison; her daughters, Tami Ball, and Tammie Breger; sister, Wanda Lou Nance and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM, Friday, July 8, 2022 at Lighthouse Church in Diamond City with Pastor Willie Bousquet.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
