Obituary
Arlis Franklin Sharp, age 85 of Harmon, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.
The son of Bailey and Bessie (Vanzant) Sharp was born August 5, 1931 at Zinc, Arkansas.
Arlis was a lifelong resident of this area and a veteran of the US Army. He enjoyed operating heavy equipment and farming. He was a foreman at Boone County Road Department where he worked for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and 1 son.
Arlis is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Mallett and husband Calvin of Harmon; 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 grandchildren, Cody Casteel and wife Lacy, Stockton Mallett; 2 great grandchildren, Kayden and RayLynn and a host of other relatives.
At his request no services will be held.
