Anne E. Courtemanche-Ellis, age 74 of Pelsor, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas.
She was born February 19, 1939 in Hudson, Massachusetts the daughter of Herman and Marie Courtemanche.
Mrs. Ellis was foreign rights sales person for Houghton-Miffin Publishing Company in Boston. Ater moving to Arkansas she worked as County Librarian for Boone County in Harrison and as owner of the Rackensack gift shop in Lurton.
She was a graduate of Hudson High School in Hudson, Massachusetts and Mississippi Southern University in Hattiesburg.
She is survived by her husband, Charles G. Ellis of the home; one son, Benjamin Courtemanche-Ellis; two grandsons, Charles Wyatt Ellis and Levi Henry Ellis of North Little Rock; a sister, Jeanne Gay of Stow, Massachusetts; two brothers, Charles Courtemanche of Venice, Florida and Lee Courtmanche of Atlanta, Georgia.
Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home.
