Anna Marie Leimberg, age 81, of Harrison passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
The daughter of Margaret & Martin Stockert was born September 3, 1935 in St. Louis, Mo. She was a resident of Harrison for 46 years and a prior resident of Highland, Illinois and St. Louis. She was a member of Mary Mother of God Catholic Church and worked at Security Bank as a Customer Service Representative.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl F. Leimberg; two sons, Staff Sergeant Mark F. Leimberg of Harrison and Martin T. Leimberg of Ft. Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Margaret and Dennis Holtby of Harrison; sons Michael Leimberg and his wife Thresia Leimberg of Bentonville, Ar.; Major Matthew Leimberg and his wife Sharron of Viloia, Ar; daughter-in-law's, Polly Leimberg of Harrison and Christine Leimberg Clayton of Van Buren, Ar.; 13 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church; followed by a grave side burial service at Maplewood Cemetery with Father Jim Fanrak officiating. Following will be a celebration luncheon held at the Catholic Church.
Honorary Pallbearers include her grandchildren; Eric, Joshua, Josiah Unwer, Erin Wooten, John Leimberg, Ashley Pace, Stephen Leimberg, Catherine Leimberg, Lauren Crespin, Zachary Taylor, William and Chance Leimberg and Orion Rankin-Wagner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary Mother of God Catholic Church, P.O. Box 2150, Harrison, AR 72602 or Hospice of the Hills, 501 E. Sherman Av., Harrison, AR 72601.
