Anita Ann Swanick, of Harrison, passed away at her home on Monday, August 8, 2022.  She was 79 years old.

The daughter of Stanley and Lorraine (Bellan) Wojtkunski was born on July 23, 1943 in Mayfield, Pennsylvania.

Anita was a devout Christian.  She was a very selfless person and would do anything to help others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Swanick, Sr.; her parents; one sister, Arlene Popeck; and one brother, Ronnie Wojtkunski.

Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Renee and Mike Janes, of Harrison; one son, Joseph Swanick, Jr. and his companion, Vicki, of Harrison; two grandchildren, Brittany Hankins and husband, Bradley, of Harrison and Arianna Swanick, of Texas; one siter, Rita Donato, of Pennsylvania; and her church family at Pine Street Missionary Baptist Church.
