Alfred Frank Moore, age 64 of Diamond City, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009 at his home.
The son of Frank Alfred and Yvette Marion (Dicharry) Moore was born October 22, 1944 in Paris, Texas.
Alfred was a veteran in the U.S. Army and retired from DOTD as a Research Engineer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He had lived in this area since 1993, moving from Denham Springs, Louisiana and he enjoyed woodworking.
His parents preceded him in death, along with a step-son, Scott Sullivan; and his step father, Alec Mihm.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda (Caine) Moore of the home; daughters, Melinda Pepiton of Kenner, LA, Christy Hudson of Denham Springs, LA, and Jennifer Bass of Clinton, LA; a step daughter Judy Bendily of Walker, LA; step sons, Charles Sullivan, Jr. of Holden, LA, and Kenneth Sullivan of Alexandria, LA; sisters, Trudy Mihm of Holland, MI, Margaret Sorenson of Allegan, MI, and Mary Dopkins of Red Wing, MN; nine step-brothers and sisters; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Cremation and arrangements have been handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
