Obituary

Adeline Jane Beach, 96, of Harrison, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.  A beloved mother, grandma, granny to her family and "granny" to many, Adeline touched the lives of many with her wisdom, humor, and unwavering dedication to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  At home, she was the matriarch of her family - the one who remembered every birthday, loved family get-togethers, and always made time to visit.  Her family was her greatest joy, and her legacy will live on in their lives.

Adeline was born on January 21, 1929, to Floyd and Lula Beach in Minatare, Nebraska.  Adeline traveled to Arkansas with her parents at a young age.  She loved the Ozarks and was a lifelong resident of Harrison.  After graduating high school in Ridgeway, Adeline went on to study cosmetology, which she practiced for many years.  Throughout her journey in the field of cosmetology, she was recognized with several prestigious awards, highlighting her exceptional skills.  She had a talent for bringing beauty and confidence into people's lives.

In 1977, she opened the Golden Pawn Shop and was a compassionate entrepreneur who loved to help others.  Working with family members on a daily basis was a dream come true for her as she treasured each day they were able to make memories together.  She loved her customers and prided herself on customer service.  She has made many lifelong friends, and she enjoyed watching their families grow right along with hers.

She was a devout Christian and loved attending church at New Life Temple in Hollister, Missouri.  It gave her a sense of community along with spiritual growth, offering a supportive environment to deepen her faith.

Adeline was preceded in death by her parents; and her infant sister, Cheyenne.

Survivors include her daughter, Marie (Ernest) Raney; her son, Gerry (Gail) Sansing, all of Harrison; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.  Having a family history that spans five generations is something she was very proud of.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM both on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.  Pastor Bruce Haynes will officiate.  Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Joshua, Taylor, Travis, Trenton, Tanner, and Samuel.
